Tim Conner provided all plumbing services for our recent bathroom remodel, including rerouting of pipes and extensive plumbing modifications required to support tub, toilet and sink upgrades. Tim was responsive, reliable and kind. He showed up on time, adhered to schedule, worked diligently and produced consistently superior work! We subsequently hired Tim to replace a broken hose bib at the back of our home. He provided the same quality workmanship and attention to detail for this “small” job as he did for our remodel. Trustworthy and excellent!

I called and received numerous estimates for replacing my water heater and after talking to multiple companies I felt most comfortable and ease moving forward with Tim. He was kind, patient and answered all of my questions with confidence. He was able to get to my house quickly and when he arrived he went straight to work, which I really appreciated. Had a leaking gas water heater that needed to be replaced. Called TWC and Tim was able to provide estimate and description of work over phone and was able to come out next day to replace with new water heater. Was very timely, polite, and professional. What a great, professional experience from start to finish! I called TWC on a referral and was so glad I did. Our water heater had begun leaking and we needed timely service. We also had a drain line that emptied into the crawlspace and needed rerouting. A quick chat on the phone and Tim assured me he could take care of it all first thing in the morning.
