Called TWC and Tim was able to provide estimate and description of work over phone and was able to come out next day to replace with new water heater. Was very timely, polite, and professional. What a great, professional experience from start to finish! I called TWC on a referral and was so glad I did. Our water heater had begun leaking and we needed timely service. We also had a drain line that emptied into the crawlspace and needed rerouting. A quick chat on the phone and Tim assured me he could take care of it all first thing in the morning. That is exactly what happened. After a quick message the next morning to alert me to his arrival, he showed up right on time and was very polite and fully prepared. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he completed everything. When he walked me through the job, you could see the quality workmanship that was present. I also want to point out that during the entire process he was patient and happy to answer all of my questions. He gave great advice, his honesty was refreshing, and the price was amazing!
